Are the first 60 seconds of a longer shoppable video more important?
Asked 2 years ago
There are different arguments for long or short shoppable videos, but I am currently trying to make longer ones, because I think they would fit my website better. What part should I focus on though? Would you say that the first 60 seconds are more important than the rest?

Yes, your viewers' first impressions are very important. A good impression from a video's first 60 seconds (or less) will determine how much attention the viewer pays and even if they'll just click away. It's vital to make the first 60 seconds hook the viewer and keep them engaged for the rest of the video.
