Best practices for adding 'shoppertainment' to my online store?

I've heard that adding interactive shoppable videos is a good way of adding 'shoppertainment' to an online store. I know that videos should be engaging and create an enjoyable experience for the customer, but I do not know of a framework to follow. Can anybody share best practices for adding 'shoppertainment' to an online store?

The most important thing about "shopperteainment" is that it engages the customers (makes their experience fun) while also showing off your products. The best way to do this is to show someone using your product in a creative way that inspires the viewers to buy it and try it for themselves.
