I'm considering to use a chatbot to offer discounts to customers on my company's website. So, I know these chatbots engage prospects and are useful for offering discounts, but does using these chatbots comes with some other benefits?

Discounts are a great way to get customers to engage with the chatbot. Chatbots also make it easy for customers to ask questions and get in touch with your team without needing to call or email you. Integrating interactive videos into the chatbot to guide customers is also a great use case.
