I run an e-commerce store, and I am on a mission to find creative ways to produce an enjoyable online shopping experience for my customers. The thought behind this was to find another way to increase brand loyalty, but I am not sure if interactive videos will improve this aspect of our business. Would creating a pleasurable shopping experience through fun interactive content strengthen brand loyalty?

Yes, creating a fun interactive video experience is fantastic when it comes to strengthening brand loyalty. Through interactive videos, customers feel like they are personally being shown what you have in your store for them. Not to mention, any sort of interaction or feedback they leave on the video is a good way for you to gather information about your client base.
