Questions

Integration answers before setup.

Need a complex, headless, or multi-account implementation? Talk to our team.

Does Tolstoy integrate with Shopify?

Yes. Shopify is a direct Tolstoy store connection. Shopify product and store context can power AI Player, AI Studio, and AI Shopper workflows.

Where can my team use a connected integration?

Use a connection from any Tolstoy workflow that supports its tools and data. The integration page shows the available work instead of limiting the connection to one product label.

What is the difference between a native connection and a compatible platform?

A native connection uses a direct Tolstoy account, API, or app connection. A compatible platform can run a Tolstoy experience through a supported embed or implementation, but it does not imply a direct data sync.

Can I connect more than one store or account?

Some connections support more than one store or account. The scope can be a workspace, store, or provider account. Check the integration detail and match each connection to the correct store before use.

Can Tolstoy publish to TikTok Shop through the Tolstoy Plugin or a public API?

The complete TikTok Shop publishing flow is available in the Tolstoy web app. It is not currently available through the Tolstoy Plugin or a public API.

How do I connect Tolstoy to a headless store or mobile app?

Use the supported Tolstoy embed or platform block, then test the exact production entry point. Headless and mobile implementations can need product ID, initialization, and support-handoff work that a standard theme does not need.
