What are the best practices for creating shoppable videos?

I'd like to create a shoppable video to assist customers with buying new products on my online shoe store. How can I be sure that the video is easy for customers to interact with? Does anyone have a set of guidelines to follow when creating shoppable videos?

When creating shoppable videos, you don't want to overload your viewers. Give them two or three different choices and actionable ways to engage with your brand (by purchasing a product or reading more on a webpage). Give the viewer clear direction instead of giving them too much freedom which can lead to decision fatigue.
