Within 30 days of the agreed kickoff, verified savings from the agreed workflows must cover all Tolstoy fees for the enterprise program. If your company meets its agreed participation commitments and we miss that target, we refund those program fees.
We compare the cost of equivalent, accepted work before and during the program, including human review, rework and additional operating costs. We report recovered staff capacity separately from actual cash savings. The same 30-day period applies to the savings and program fees.
Tolstoy’s implementation delays count toward the 30 days. If a customer dependency is missed, we address it when it happens and agree any schedule adjustment in writing. The success plan includes the review and refund process before kickoff.

They share the same brand context; your company’s reviewer approves the work and agrees the supported handoffs.

Your agreed Shop Bots workflows, implementation support, supported tool connections, hands-on training, weekly progress reviews during implementation and monthly AI training. Scope, capacity and all program fees are agreed before kickoff.
We agree on a production workflow, baseline cost, quality standard, workload and participation plan before you commit. Verified savings within 30 days of kickoff must cover all Tolstoy enterprise program fees for that period. If you meet the agreed participation requirements and we miss that target, we refund those program fees. This guarantee is for the agreed enterprise program, not every Tolstoy subscription.
A sponsor, a workflow owner with agreed time, the required assets and access, training participation, agreed live workload and timely approvals. We agree the specifics together upfront. Tolstoy provides an implementation lead, setup, training and progress measurement.
The agreed baseline cost of comparable accepted work, minus its cost during the program, including review, rework and additional operating costs. We compare those savings with the program fees over the same 30 days. Extra output and recovered employee hours are reported separately and are not automatically counted as cash saved.
